main of Don't Buy An SUV Until You See These New Deals

There’s only one thing better than getting a great new SUV. That’s getting a great new SUV on a deal. SUV deals have changed since the global pandemic. Sales rates plummeted with the reduced need for vehicles and this was bad news for automakers. The counter to this is sales. Great deals have been offered on a wide number of different SUVs in an effort to increase sales and get the automotive economy moving again.

There’s one major problem that buyers are having. There are arguably too many deals out there. Some are significant enough to make a big difference in choosing which SUV is the right option too. While it’s a problem, it’s definitely a good problem to have.

1 - BMW X5

As things stand, BMW are offering some very solid cash discounts on the X5, up to $3,250 off the sticker price. Financing rates are solid, but not going below 1.9% if you want the 2021 model (2020 can get down to 0.9%). The X5 is a dynamo of a luxury SUV. The cabin is comfortable with great materials and is luxurious. Despite it being a luxury SUV, it does well in every category. Performance is strong and handling is reminiscent of the 5 series sedans of the past. There’s plenty of room for cargo and passengers. In the end it’s a hard vehicle to pass up.

2 - Buick Enclave

The Enclave has some big savings in store. Cash discounts start at $4,250 and rise up to a very impressive $6,750 if you can manage to find yourself a 2020 model. In many cases, 0% financing is also available. The Enclave is a solid midsize SUV with an optional third row. It’s pretty loaded with standard features, so you don’t necessarily need to upgrade to the higher trim levels all the time. The ride is very smooth and very quiet, though it’s perhaps not the peppiest option out there on the market right now.

3 - Hyundai Kona (Electric)

If you’re interested in an electric SUV, there are some incredibly discounts being offered on Electric Konas. Many of these are short term bonus cash on the 2020 and 2021 models, so you need to act fast. Savings range from $10,000 to $18,000. This would be higher up the list if these were longer lasting deals. It’s entirely possible they will drop away and then return, so keep an eye on the 2020 and 2021 Kona electric models.

4 - Nissan Murano

The Murano makes this list thanks to large cash offers. While the 2020 model can get up to $4,500 off, the 2021 version can get $3,500. Financing rates are typically fairly low as well. Good credit can get you between 0.9% and 1.9% financing. While the Nissan Rogue is incredibly popular, the Murano takes many of the same benefits, while increasing the size. The Murano is very comfortable with plenty of room up front and in the rear seats as well. For a mid priced SUV, the Murano has managed to be surprisingly well equipped.
